All guests will be checked for fleas and ticks and, if detected, these will be treated at your expense.
All guests must be current on Rabies and FVRCP vaccines.
Some cats show a decrease in appetite in the first 24 hours of boarding. If we notice this, we will administer a safe, mild appetite stimulant at no charge.
If your cat develops a problem or medical concern while boarding, (i.e. frequent vomiting, loss of appetite, significant weight loss) we will examine your cat and contact you or your emergency contact with recommendations. Please note: that if for any reason we are unable to reach you or your emergency contact, we are obligated to hospitalize your cat and extend appropriate and reasonable care. You will be responsible for the cost of these services.
