Dr. Paris & the techs are incredible. My cat is very nervous going to the vet, but the manner in which the staff takes care of her, I know makes a difference in her sense of peace and security. The staff are incredibly sensitive to cats temperaments and are skilled in handling them with care and love. It’s evident in everything they do and the feedback they provide to me as a pet parent. They’re thorough, professional and kind.
Dr. Chang was very thorough. When discussing test results and the findings of a physical exam she did so in a way that was easily understandable. She answered all questions and suggested different follow-up options. She also checked the price of tests she recommended so we could make an informed decision whether to get them done. I wish our doctors would do the same for us!
The Doctors and staff are very caring and concerned with the health of my cat. They listen to my concerns and offer great advice. Our first visit was rough because my cat was scared to death, this was our second visit, and things went much better. Even though they needed to pull out the gloves, cat and staff remained fairly calm. We’re glad we come to Just Cats for our annual visits!
